    Liz Newman

When I first began as a Realtor back in 2010, I knew I would love the art of buying and selling Real Estate. My love of working with people was also well established from a 20-year long career as a flight attendant, living and traveling all over the world! I have lived throughout the United States, as well as Japan, Africa, Saudi Arabia and India! I have lived in the DMV off and on since age 12 and despite my travels, it has always been my home. My travels have given me a unique perspective and ability to understand clients and cultures from all over the world as well as truly understanding and navigating the change of residence. And that helps me, help YOU!
I am professional. I am compassionate. I am relentless in pursuit of YOUR goals.
I am a single mom of two incredible boys. They provide my heartbeat and every breath. I love animals and nature in it’s every form. I am tough as nails and negotiate with respectful skill yet am attuned to and able to navigate through the sometimes powerful emotions associated with the exchange of Real Estate. I simply LOVE what I do. If you’re looking for an outstanding Realtor who will treat you like family and treat your home like my own, if you’re looking to add some fun and thoughtful ideas to the process of home selling or buying or to your life in general, if you want the most authentic and genuine and hard working person to be on your side, please reach out..it truly would be my honor to be part of the process!

    Seng Ngov

Early on, I developed a great interest in real estate and started off by purchasing investment properties.  I decided to get my real estate license and actively help others with either finding investment properties or finding the perfect home for them.  I also specialilze in selling probate homes.   To date, I have sold over $12 Million in real estate.
By doing investment and probate sales, I have key contacts within the design and remodeling businesses.  I understand how to spend money wisely and to remodel with the focus being on getting the most dollars from a resale.  I look forward to an opportunity to work with you!

    Demetri Ford

I'm Dimitri Ford, and I'm a husband and father who loves to learn, teach, collaborate, and help clients find the right house to call home. Before I became a real estate agent, I helped people understand how to use software applications to achieve their best work. Now I guide my clients through each step of buying or selling a house and share information with them so they can make decisions confidently.
I remain laser-focused on a problem until I solve it, no matter how long it takes. I'm self-reliant and trust my instincts when I make a decision. I listen closely to my clients so I can understand what they need and anticipate their needs before they express them. I remain objective in the midst of chaos, so I can help my clients see through their emotions and make practical decisions. Plus, I never phone it in and I work extremely hard until (and after) you sign the closing papers.
In addition to helping clients find the right house to call home, I believe passionately in fine food and wine, baking, fast cars, broadened horizons, and a spirit of adventure.
