Greetings, I’ve been licensed salesperson since 2004, and became a broker in 2007. Being a homeowner in Northern Virginia for over 30 years, along with over 25 years of successful sales and marketing experience, allow me to best represent a client's interest in either buying or selling a home (or both!). My name is Seng Ngov. I was born in Cambodia and have lived the past 37 years in the United States. I grew up in South Arlington and went to James Madison University.
Early on, I developed a great interest in real estate and started off by purchasing investment properties. I decided to get my real estate license and actively help others with either finding investment properties or finding the perfect home for them. I also specialilze in selling probate homes. To date, I have sold over $12 Million in real estate.
By doing investment and probate sales, I have key contacts within the design and remodeling businesses. I understand how to spend money wisely and to remodel with the focus being on getting the most dollars from a resale. I look forward to an opportunity to work with you!
I'm Dimitri Ford, and I'm a husband and father who loves to learn, teach, collaborate, and help clients find the right house to call home. Before I became a real estate agent, I helped people understand how to use software applications to achieve their best work. Now I guide my clients through each step of buying or selling a house and share information with them so they can make decisions confidently.
I remain laser-focused on a problem until I solve it, no matter how long it takes. I'm self-reliant and trust my instincts when I make a decision. I listen closely to my clients so I can understand what they need and anticipate their needs before they express them. I remain objective in the midst of chaos, so I can help my clients see through their emotions and make practical decisions. Plus, I never phone it in and I work extremely hard until (and after) you sign the closing papers.
In addition to helping clients find the right house to call home, I believe passionately in fine food and wine, baking, fast cars, broadened horizons, and a spirit of adventure.
