Bob has been a resident of No. Virginia since 1985 and is a third generation Realtor. Originally from Minneapolis, he is ingrained with strong Midwest values of friendliness, honesty and integrity. After a fulfilling 32 year career in the Hotel Industry running national sales teams for several of the major hotel chains, he decided to pursue a second career in Real Estate. In a very short period of time, he has built one of the top producing teams in No. Virginia having sold in excess of $475 Million in residential sales and over 850 transactions.
Bob has consistently been awarded membership in the NVAR MultiMillion Dollar Sales Club and is a NVAR Lifetime Top Producer.
Ed has been a homeowner in No.Virginia for over 17 years and has three children who have benefitted from the education provided by the Fairfax County School as well as the Virginia State universities in Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and Harrisonburg. He has watched and lived through the expansive growth in No. Virginia. He uses that experience, along with over 25 years of successful sales experience, to best represent a client's interest in either buying or selling a home (or both!). He believes that the unique makeup of our area, from government and military influence to the fast-paced economy, represents a tremendous opportunity for both home ownership or investment purposes. Originally from Altoona, PA, Rich has lived in No. Virginia for over 45 years. He holds a B.S. in Technology Management from American University. Rich is a strong believer in a personalized approach with his clients and carries this throughout each transaction. His goal is to provide unmatched personalized service for his clients during the entire real estate process.
Rich has several years experience with distressed properties. He has closed over 75 foreclosures as both a buying and selling Agent. His network of home repair contractors, home inspectors, mortgage officers and closing companies will ease the process of buying or selling your home.
Rich is active in his church, Corpus Christi Catholic Mission and the Knights of Columbus. He also serves on his Homeowners Association Architectural Control Committee. He ejoys golfing and had his first "hole in one" experience in August 2009. He is a member of the Dulles International Airport Rotary Club. Dan and his wife, Maureen, have lived in Virginia since 1981 with four children and four grandchildren. My name is Seng Ngov. I was born in Cambodia and have lived the past 37 years in the United States. I grew up in South Arlington and went to James Madison University.
Early on, I developed a great interest in real estate and started off by purchasing investment properties. I decided to get my real estate license and actively help others with either finding investment properties or finding the perfect home for them. I also specialilze in selling probate homes. To date, I have sold over $12 Million in real estate.

Having grown up in Fairfax County, Brooke understands the market in Northern Virginia very well. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and holds a BS in Psychology. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brooke spent the first part of her professional career in Event Planning and Sales, then later, as a Corporate Trainer. Because of this, Brooke not only learned how to negotiate but also gained insight into how people work. It is because of this insight that Brooke can work patiently with both sellers and buyers to ensure that they have the best home buying experience possible
I have over 20 years of Management and Customer Service experience, as well as, my Bachelor of Science in Business from Morgan State Universityin Baltimore, MD. I’ve lived in the DC Metro area for 32 years, in addition to an overseas assignment in England. My real estate experience includes; Relocation assistance, Buyer/Seller Representation and New Construction. In 2005, I earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation from the Residential Real Estate Council. The “CRS” is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both sales production and education.

Upon graduation from Cornell University with a BS in Hotel Administration, 3 Letters in Varsity Football along with the Charles Colucci Award (most valuable non-senior), Coaches Award (consistency throughout a varsity career), All Ivy League Honors and absolute honor of being elected Offensive Captain. My career in the customer service hospitality world began! College Food Service lead me to the Hotel Industry.
My wife Denise and I moved to Northern Virginia in 1995. We settled in Fairfax City where we raised our two children who have both graduated from the Fairfax County school system. . Joining Bob Scherbarth’s Wyndham National Sales Office launched my hospitality career to the National level. My 37-year hospitality career included positions in college foodservice, hotel catering and sales along with global account positions with Wyndham International, Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Associated Luxury Hotels International. My grit, determination, ability to build strong customer relationships while maintaining a constant focus on being a valued team player lead to many distinguished awards. A few notables are Wyndham Franklin Plaza Manager of the Year, Wyndham Hotels National Sales Person of the Year, Associated Meeting Professionals Supplier of the Year and Dick Nobel Award along with ALHI’s President & Chairman’s Awards. Cathy joined the Dare to Compare Team in 2005 after graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in Professional Communications. As the Transaction Coordinator, she provides day- to-day support services for the entire team achieving high customer expectations for both the clients and the Team. She insures that all the details of the transaction are handled smoothly and helps free up your Realtor to focus on you. She also is responsible for all the administrative aspects for the Team.
Cathy joined the Dare to Compare Team at is inception and has been instrumental in helping the Team’s growth over the past ten years. With this hands-on knowledge of both administrative and real estate experience, Cathy is a valuable asset “behind the scenes.” Just like all the members of the Team, Cathy is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Peg joined the Dare To Compare Team in 2014 after having spent the previous 10 years heading up the sales teams for a national brokerage. Experience has shown her that top-notch marketing skills and delivering on customers’ high expectations is a winning combination. She believes in building strong relationships and treating each customer just as she would a family member. She has been a resident of Northern Virginia for 30 years and is very active with the senior community. She currently serves as a volunteer for the Northern Virginia Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
